ILM P/L may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of any changes made to the Terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

By using the Service, you agree to our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

Users consenting to third-party application integration agree that your Content may be shared with such third-party applications. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party application providers.

Services are billed monthly or annually and are non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an active account.

Users must click “Cancel Subscription” in the Billing section of their account to cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no refunds for remaining time.

ILM P/L reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Users may not duplicate or reuse HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements without written permission from ILM P/L. While ILM P/L may access project data for support purposes, we assume no responsibility for user-uploaded content.

The Service is provided “as is.” ILM P/L shall not be responsible for lost profits, data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. The company does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
